Waraka (Ripe Jackfruit) Wine

    2 lb Waraka
    2 bottles water
    2 tsp yeast
    3 limes
    1 nutmeg
    2.5 lb sugar
    1 tsp cloves
    4 Cinnamon sticks

    Boil Waraka and water without mashing, strain the juice and let it cool. Add sugar and spices etc.
    Pour into bottles and keep for 1 week. Shake the bottle very well and keep for another week.
    After another week filter the juice. Store it in a bottle for another one month then use it.
