250g sugar
30g gelatin
125g glucose
150 ml water

Put all the ingredients together into a pot and bring to boil.
Let it cool.
Whisk the mixture.
Add coloring .
Pour into a tray and let it set.
Cut in to squares and dust it in the glucose.
