We have all heard of them, and possibly have one of them in our families.
This particular Black Sheep hails from a highly respected hindu family from Sri Lanka.
Dilharan Sivaratnam, 34, married to a dentist in Australia, has two young children.
He has shamed his family. His mother, a sweet old lady, probably has sleepless nights.
His uncle, a high profile mercantile executive in Colombo, must surely have ulcers.
What did he do?
It's alleged he misappropriated funds used for his business. He had, over the years, siphoned millions of Australian dollars overseas, and is hiding away in Singapore/Colombo, (waiting for the dust to settle?)
