LTTE has been successful in implementing what monks are trying to do.
They have banned having pre-marital sex among Tamils in Jaffna.
Use of condoms are banned in Jaffna too.
If any Tamil get caught doing that, the penelty is killing and displaying their body on public.
So you thought Talibans don't treat humans right, look for the Human Right Record of LTTE.
King Terra Prabhakaran’s says condoms should be used to fill with Cocaine, swallow and transport to USA rather than using it to having sex.
