I believe LTTE is a ruthless terrorist organization in the world based on the following list. I'd like to see how you see them.

LTTE has killed thousands of their own people who voiced their opinion against them.
LTTE uses civilians as human shield to protect themselves against attacks.
LTTE has assassinated many Tamil leaders so that only they can represent Tamils.
LTTE has destroyed number of Public owned properties in Sri Lanka including Railway and Airplanes.
LTTE has systematically assassinated number of Political Leaders.
LTTE assassinated Indian Prime Minister.
LTTE employs children as small as 11 yr old solders in the war.
LTTE uses ruthless killings of innocent unarmed civilians to ethnically cleanse villages in the North.
LTTE uses propaganda to cover their own crime and violence.
LTTE has been recognized as one of the major drug trafficking group.
LTTE has been recognized by USA and UK as a Terrorist organization.
LTTE have wiped out all but their own Tamils from Northern Sri Lanka.
LTTE has agreed to peace, but broke and killed number of unarmed servicemen.
LTTE has used peace talk to re-group and conduct attacks.

Tigers train Nepalese guerillas, says expert

August 06, Colombo: Maoist guerillas in Nepal have links with LTTE Tigers according to defence and conflict analyst Paul Harris. He was in Sri Lanka in connection with the launch of his book “Fractured Paradise”.

Harris said Maoist guerillas were receiving training from the Tigers. However, it is not know where the training is being given. Earlier reports by other sources said Tigers that had stealthily entered Nepal could conduct training classes in the dense jungles.

“Now it has come to light that a certain connection [exists] between [the Maoists] and the LTTE,” said Harris.

Regarding the conflict in Sri Lanka, Harris said the situation in Sri Lanka was unique, with a continued battle arena, guerilla warfare, and terrorist activities coupled with political battles.

He said that Sri Lanka was now taking the sternest test and will soon face the final test of whether the country would remain a sovereignty.

Ranjan is armed and dangerous and his presence is a threat to the human kind.
Anyone knows of his whereabouts should report him to the Canadian law enforcement.

If you say this to Norway, then you should say the same thing to 250,000 of displaced Tamils who are now living in Canada(3/4 million worldwide). Norway is the only person who is voicing his opinion. So, there are 750,000 LTTE terrorist worldwide.

SLA has looted houses in the occupied areas. They had even stolen furnitures, doors and windows(especially during the occupation of Vanni).
