Hello Brothers & Sisters,

I went for a Job Interview Today. I opened up their Corporate Profile Booklet placed at their desk. They included the following quote from Henry Ford, the founder of the Ford Motor Company Ltd., of USA.

I quote:

"If there is any great secret of success in life, it lies in the ability to put yourself in the other person's place and see things from his/her point of view."

After spending one third of my life in this Forum, I strongly believe, this is the VIEW missing in every person who participate in this forum and every people who are shedding their blood in CEYLON.

After the Interview, I took the bus. And there was another quote was written above the Courtesy Seat. It said,

"Courtesy and Respect....it's a two way street"

It was absolutely true. You have to Give Respect, If you wanna be Respected.

Dear Brothers & Sister,

If you wanna live in Peace and Harmony, You have to first allow the People around you to live their life in Peace and Harmony.

IF you Bomb JAFFNA, We will BOMB Colombo.

IF you kill an innocent TAMIL, We will kill many innocent Sinhala.

If you want to make Peace with us, We will make Peace with you.

Because, we are not living in the 60's and 70's anymore. The life is a TWO WAY STREET NOW.

Ranjan
