MELBOURNE COMMEDY COMPANY
FPSL This time we hear from Melbourne about an interesting street drama performed on 6th February. This happened to be an innovative kind of street comedy involving two groups of Sri Lankans, Sinhalese and Tamils as they preferred to be called. One wouldn't ignore the positive aspects of this political comedy. Thanks to them, these groups have solved all the burning problems in Sri Lanka, instantly, by chanting slogans and burning effigies of leaders of two sides. WoW!
According to unconfirmed reports, this activity not only amused our general public but also have created boots to Australian cameras and film rolls industry. Two groups took many photos of each other as if they could not resist the shining beauty of the other party, specially of the opposite sex. Hey! Do not take this wrong. That was not restricted only to create entertainment and to boost economy. Those organisers have demonstrated their intellectual capacity too by innovating excellent accusations out of thin air. Look at this slogan "Protect Sydney Olympics from Tamil Terrorists".
There is another slogan that goes further deep into the future. This too came from the side of military maniacs. "Good terrorists are dead terrorists". Doesn't it mean that our intimidation experts also going to be "good" one day? Unfortunately, the Tamil group seemed failed to match this level of creativity of their counter part. Their creativity seemed restricted to some exaggerations or few selective generalisations resulting their slogans were boring as those were based on basic facts. We strongly recommend Tamil group to copycat our Sinhala supremacist maniacs in making accusations more innovative and in an intellectual manner in future. Australian Police too is to be blamed. The police has stood in the middle of the road preventing physical contacts between two groups. This police brutality has disturbed our heroes to perform their comedy in full inhabitant style and to teach the world their 'traditional' civilisation by example. However, the most damaging to this social activity is done by the Sri Lankan community living in Melbourne. Among Tens of Thousands of Sri Lankans living in Melbourne, less than 140 people only, from both sides, took part in this good cause. This causes deep pain to our racial pride. Hey Guys! Don't you have that so-called Jathika Kakkuma any more?
