Yes Cadlay means different meaning altogether, which has nothing to do with chick peas

Does anyone have a recipe for "Cud lay" (phoenetically spelt, not sure how you spelt it exactly!)

Basically chick peas fried in oil and onions and dried chilli and other things, but I'd like to know exact ingredients, quantities not really an issue, I like to cook to taste
