11b grated cadjunuts{very finely grated}
8oz icing sugar
8oz powdered sugar candy
1/4 oz arrrack
2 teaspoons almond assence
egg white as required
1 tsp lime juice

Method
Mix all the ingredients together and kneed
well.Do not use to much egg white as the
paste should be plastic.Roll half an inch
thick and cover the cake,leave for a day.Next day cover with royal icing,and complete with christmas colours and decorations
