Roasted Peanut Salsa

      Ingredients:
      150g Roasted Peanuts, without skin
      100g Red Onions, Chopped
      50 g Tomatoes, Chopped
      1 Green Chilli, Chopped
      1 tbsp Lemon Juice
      1 tbsp Coriander, Chopped
      Salt to taste

      Method:
      1) Mix all ingredients together and season with salt to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.

      2) Serve Salsa with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
