1 tin tomato puree
1/4 lb grated cheese
2tbs powdered bread crumbs
1tsp made mustard
A pinch of cayenne or finely
powdered chillies
Hot buttered toast

Method
Make the tomato puree by rubbing
some fresh or tined tomatoes
through a fine sieve. Add the other
ingredients to the tomato puree and
stir over the fire until hot but
do not allow the mixture to boil.

Have ready some squares of hot
buttered toast,pour the tomato and
cheese mixture over them and
serve hot.
