One large ripe Avocado half a medium onion finely chopped 2 large jalapenos seeded and finely chopped juice of half a lime 1/4 tsp of ground cumin powder 1 cup of light sour cream salt and pepper to taste
Cut avocado and scoop out the fruit from the skin. Smash the avocado by hand or mortar and pestle with the other ingredients. Serve with chips or your favorite Mexican style dishes.
