2 1/2 cups vermicelli break into small ieces
1/2 cup sugar
1 tin milkmaid
1 1/2 litre water
a few drops of rose water or vanilla essence.
2 tbs. butter.
fry the vermicelli in butter till it turns the colour, then add the sugar and water till it comes soft . stir, and when it comes soft add the milkmaid and stir till it thickens, then remove from fire and add the rose water or vanilla essence and stir. and serve in small desired cups or plates.
