KALE MELLUN

      1 lb Kale leaves - washed and cut up finely
      1 onion sliced
      2 table spoons of coconut - fresh or desicated
      1 pinch of saffaron (kaha kudu)
      1/2 teaspoon of salt ( or salt to taste)

      Put the cut up kale into a saucepan and sprinkle a table spoon of
      water add the onions, salt and let it cook slightly on low fire,
      then mix the coconut with the saffaron powder (kaha) and mix well
      and serve. 6 servings.
