Hot cabbage and spring onion stir-fry

      Ingredients

      1 small cabbage head
      some spring onions
      6 hot green chillies
      some olive oil
      1" piece of root ginger


      Method

      Cut the cabbage in to thin strips. then cut the spring onions
      lengthways. Cut the green chillies the same way. Heat the olive
      oil on low heat, put the ginger when oil is hot. Then add the
      green chillies and stir. Then add the cabbage and stir fry for
      2 minutes. Then add the spring onions and salt to taste. Keep
      stirring for about 4-5 minutes and remove from heat.

      Serve hot with rice and other curries.
