Fish pudding

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    2 dessert spoons of flour
    1 egg
    500 g boiled fish, cleaned and bones removed
    1 1/2 cup of cleaned boiled small prawns
    1/2 cup capsicum chillies
    4 dessert spoons of butter
    1 1/2 cups of fish stock or milk.
    Bread crumbs

    Method
    Heat the butter. Add the onions chillies & parsley. Fry for few minutes & add the flour. Stir & add the stock gradually. Cook until thick & remove from fire.

    Add the boiled fish & the prawns & the beaten egg.Add pepper salt & lemon juice to taste. Pack into a greased oven proof baking dish & sprinkle dry bread crumbs.

    Bake for about 15 minutes till its light brown on top. Serve hot or cold with boiled vegetables.
