Chicken with Ginger and Lemon Grass

      1 teaspoon sesame oil
      2 tablespoon peanut oil
      500g chicken breast fillets, chopped
      1 clove garlice,cruched
      1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
      2 teaspoon finaely chopped lemon grass
      200g broccoli, chopped
      1 large red pepper, sliced
      2 tablespoon white vineger
      2 teaspoon soy sauce
      2 teaspoon sugar
      5 green shallots, sliced

      Heat oils in wok, add combined chicken, garlice,ginger,and lemon grass in batches, stir fry until chicken is tender, remove. add broccoli and pepper to wok, stir fry i minute, add chicken, veniger, sauce, sugar and shallots, stir fry until hot.

      Serves 4
