Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken
20 gram Chicken masala
10 gram coriander powder
10 gram Garam masala (or thuna paha mix)
Red Chile powder as per taste
Pepper powder as per taste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Lime juice
2 big onions chopped
3 big green chillies chopped
1 big tomato chopped
Curry leaves and Rampe (some)
1 table spoon of ginger garlic paste
Salt as per taste
Oil

Method:
Clean the chicken, and marinate it with chicken masala, salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste for 1 hr.
Heat your pressure cooker and pour some oil to fry onions, green Chiles Cinnamon, curry leaves, rampe and other "thuna paha" items. Then add chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 5 mins. Add coriander powder and Gram masala powder with that mix and stir regularly.
Add the marinated chicken to the fried masala mix and continue to stir until the chicken absorbs the masala.
Add 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of grind coconut or coconut milk into the mix. Also add red Chile powder and pepper powder as per the taste.
If necessary, add more salt.
Close your pressure cooker, and let it cook for 3 whistles (approximately 10-15 mins, if that is a 3 ltr cooker).
When the cooker is cooled down (after 20 mins), open the cooker and add some lemon juice as per the taste.
Gently stir your chicken curry and serve hot with rice or chapatti.
