Fish Moju

      Ingredients
      1 lb seer or prawns
      1/2 lb Red onions
      1/4 Capsicum Chilies
      1/4 to 1/2 bottle vinegar
      Sprig of curry leaves
      3 to 4 tbls mustard
      2 tsp coriander seeds
      1 tsp cumin
      6 to 8 pods of garlic
      Thin slice of ginger
      1 to 2 dry chilies (optional)

      Method
      Grind all the ingredients in vinegar except fish. Fry the fish until crisp. Drain well. Heat vinegar with salt (1 cup of vinegar to 1 table spoon salt) bring to boil. Add onions and capsicums. Heat 1 tbls fat and add curry leaves and fry until crisp. Add vinegar and all ground ingredients to the fried fish and mix well. Store in a jar when quite cold.
