Pineapple pork kebabs

      400 g bonelesss pork
      1 carton(200g) non fat fruit salad yoghurt
      a few mint leaves, chopped
      1 Can (450g) pineapplepieces(unsweetened)

      1..REMOVE FAT FROM PORK AND CUT INTO 2.5CM(INCH) CUBES
      2..PLACE IN A BOWL WITH YOGHURT AND MINT.STIR THOROUGHLY TO COAT PORK
      3..COVER AND REFRIGERATE FIR A FEW HOURS
      4..DRAIN PINEAPPLE PIECES
      5..THREAD PORK AND PINEAPPLE ALTERNATIVELY ON SKEWERS
      6..BARBECUE PORK UNTIL ITS IS COOKED THROUGH, BASTING OCCASIONALLY WITH YOGHURT..
