1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
2 slices of bread
butter for the pan

Directions:
Beat the egg and milk together in a bowl.
Add salt and sugar.
Heat the pan and add the butter on to it.
Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture and place on the hot pan till lightly brown on each side.
Enjoy with Honey, or ketchup
