Mexican Rice
1:Poor; 2:Fair; 3:Average; 4:Good; 5:Excellent

2 cups of rice (samba is preferred)
1oz of Butter or margarine
1 onion, Diced
3 1/2 cups of chicken broth
2 clove of garlic
1 tomato, Diced
1/2 of tomato sauce (crushed tomato juice)

After heat the pans add the butter and the garlic and onion. When it's turn brown add rice and mix well till get brown (about 10 minutes).put tomato sauce and stir about one minute and add chicken broth land diced tomato let cook about 25 minutes.
