Add 1 cup of Cous-cous to to 2 cups of hot water. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. By this time all the water will be absorbed by the Cous-cous. Mix it with plain rice flour,salt and grated coconut and steam. Enjoy the pittu with fish, meat or vegetable curry. Seeni sambol or katta sambol/lunu miris too goes well with pittu |
