Italian Rissotto Rice

      1. 1 measure suduru samba
      2. 1 tin tomato juice
      3. 10 crdamons
      4. 1 cup thick coconut milk
      5. 1 clove garlic
      6. 1 small piece cinnamon
      7. 1/4 tsp saffron
      8. 1 cup finely shredded roasted beef
      or mutton
      9. 1/2 cup green peas
      10. 4 oz grated cheese
      11. 2 oz butter
      12. 1/4 lb bacon
      13. parsely

      Method

      Boil rice in tomato juice, cardamons,
      coconut milk, add garlic and cinnamon
      and saffron and salt.Fry bacon cut into
      pieces.Put in roast meat and slightly
      fry in the same bacon fat, now and green
      peas.Take this and mix it into the pan of
      cooked rice.Serve hot with cheese and
      parsley and butter sprinkled on top of
      rice.
