Lemon Rice

      1. 1cup basmati rice
      2. 1tbs magarine
      3. 1 clove garlic minced
      4. 1tbs grated lemon peel
      5. 1/3 ground black pepper
      6. 21/4 cups chicken broth
      7. 2tbs snipped parsley

      Method

      Combine rice, magarine, garlic, lemon peel
      pepper, and broth in a 3-quart saucepan.
      Bring to a boil. Stir twice. Reduce heat.
      Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until rice is
      tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in
      parsley.

      Serves 6.
