A Savoury Rice

      Ingredients
      2 cups Basmati Rice
      1 cube vegetable stock
      200 gms spring onion
      3" inch piece of lemon grass
      some olive oil

      Method
      Cook the rice in the stock and lemon grass and a bit of salt.
      Cut the spring onions into lengthwise strips and saute in the oil.

      Then add the rice and mix well. Serve hot but remove the lemon
      grass just before serving.
