Former President Chandrika visits Sudath Silva's Rajatha Dekma photo exhibition

Former President of Sri Lanka Mrs Chandrika Bandaranayake Kumaratunga visited 'Rajatha Dekma' photographic exhibition held at the National Art Gallery, Colombo organised by Sudath Silva.

She had a opportunity to have a glimpse of her photographs taken by Sudath Silva during her tenure at the office as Executive President of Sri Lanka. Mrs. Kumaratunga is seen here with Sudath Silva admiring photos of past Sri Lankan Presidents including her own photos taken by their official photographer Sudath Silva.

Official presidential photographer, Sudath Silva celebrates his 25 years of excellent service as an official photographer for four successive Presidents of Sri Lanka.

President Mahinda Rajapaksa declared open the ‘Rajatha Dekma’ photographic exhibition yesterday afternoon which is open for public till Sunday the 22nd November from 9.00am to 7.00pm.

The exhibition has a selection of very rare photographs no one has ever seen before and dating from the beginning of his career as a photographer with former President Ranasingha Premadasa to more recent images from President Mahinda Rajapaksa.

Former First lady Hema Premadasa, Ministers, many government and opposition politicians, many retired politicians, former and present government officials and large number of people from all walks of life and school children were attended the exhibition.
