Most Sri Lanka SLDB dollar bond holders agree to DDR

Aug 2 (EN) More than 94% of remaining holders of dollar denominated SL Development Bond holders have agreed to exchange for longer term rupee bonds. Out of US$ 837.5 million remaining SLDBs, owners of US$ 791.4 million of bonds have offered to exchange and the offer has been accepted, Finance Ministry said.
