A bag of anti-aircraft ammunition recovered from Rajagiriya

Jan 28 (LeN) Welikada police this morning (27) recovered a bag containing anti-aircraft .50, T-56, 9 mm and .38 mm ammunition from a place near Madinnagoda junction, Rajagiriya. Police found the bag hanging on the sides of a bridge following a resident of the area saw a motorcyclist was throwing something into the waterway. The bag contained three .50 ammunition, 10 T-56 bullets and five .38 mm ammos. more..
